The new condo for executive living is located in Yishun, which was previously considered far from the city. Increased interest in locations further afield such as Woodlands or Sembawang has led to a slight shift in perception.

A portion of this change is due to the expansion and proliferation of MRT lines across the island.

North Gaia EC does not have an MRT station within walking distance. It is just across Yishun Avenue 8 at its north-east, which it Symphony Suites condo.

The nearest MRT station is in Yishun's town centre, located approximately 1.6 km down Yishun Avenue 9. This connects to the main shopping areas of Yishun. This area is centered around Northpoint City and Golden Village Yishun. A network of feeder buses serves this mature estate, greatly aiding.

Station to station is 9 stations on the North-South Line. It takes approximately 26 minutes from Yishun Road orchard Road to Orchard Road. Transitlink reports that there are four stations between Raffles Place and Orchard Road. This takes about 35 minutes.

It takes just 15 minutes to get there, even if the feeder bus is used.

Driving is much faster. This will allow for more efficient and smoother driving on the CTE.

North Gaia EC Amenities

Yishun - A well-established HDB estate, offers a wide array of amenities for all ages. Also, more are selling their HDB flats upon reaching MOP, contrinuting to the demand for North Gaia EC.

 Nature parks are also available.

It's a family-friendly area with a vibrant community. There have been new malls and cycling routes, hawker center, healthcare amenities, and improved transport infrastructure.

Junction Nine, a neighbourhood shopping center was built in 2017. Northpoint City integrated development was built in the town centre and featured the first Community Club in a shopping mall.

Northpoint City actually houses the largest mall in Singapore's northern region, with over 500 shops and restaurants. The underpass connects to the Yishun MRT Station.

A further attraction of Yishun's is the abundance of parks, foliage and other greenery.

There's Yishun Park and Yishun Pond. The park connector network connects smaller parks and green spaces in surrounding areas.

The Lower Seletar Reservoir Park lies near the tranquil waters at the Lower Seletar Reservoir.

Yishun has its own hospital facilities including the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, in the middle of the city, and the Yishun Community Hospital.
